Press access
Journalists holding a valid press card are granted free admission to the museum if their visit is work-related.
However, we recommend that you contact the museum’s press team in advance whenever possible.
Do you want to film, take pictures or record at the museum?
Guidelines and restrictions
During opening hours
- You are responsible for arranging any interviews directly with the museum’s researchers or curators. However, we are happy to assist you in identifying who would be most relevant for your story.
- All equipment must be handheld, and you are expected to show consideration for our visitors.
- We are unable to change the lighting in the exhibitions or restrict access for other museum guests.
- Display cases will not be opened.
- Photo sessions that block passageways or in any other way inconvenience other museum visitors are not permitted.
- Please inform the museum’s press team in advance of when you plan to film or record, how many people will be present, and how long it will take.
- Your segment must not be of a commercial nature.
Outside opening hours
- You are responsible for arranging any interviews directly with the museum’s researchers or curators.
- The fee is DKK 500 per hour.
- Display cases will not be opened.
